We generally expect your first visit to take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Upon arriving you will have a few pages of paperwork to complete before you meet the doctor. We will also ask for a drivers license or picture ID and your health insurance cards.
If you are being treated for a worker’s comp. claim or an auto injury we will also need the claim number and pertinent information for billing purposes.
Your Chiropractic Consultation
Following the completion of your paperwork, you will see the Dr. for a consultation which will include discussion of your current complaints as well as pertinent health history. The Dr. will also do specific orthopedic and neurological tests.
In most cases, x-rays of the specific area of your spine that is causing your problem will be done in our office. These will allow the Dr. to make a more accurate diagnosis as well as help identify any underlying problems or complicating factors.

What You Need To Know About Your Second Visit
Your second visit is called the Report of Findings. This appointment will take about a half an hour. You are welcome to bring a loved one or a friend to this appointment.
The Dr. Andrew Yockey will go through the x-ray that was taken and explain any significant findings. He will also help you determine the best treatment options and plan for care. You will know exactly what is expected going forward and how you can partner with us to restoring you to excellent health.
